This was my second visit to Chocoberry, and once again, the food was absolutely fantastic. It’s rare for our whole family to finish every dish, but both times we’ve been here, we left with clean plates — a true testament to how much we enjoyed the food. We ordered a variety of dishes so everyone could try something different, and each one was a hit. The menu offers a refreshing mix of options, which makes it stand out from other places. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the flavors and presentation. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality more than justifies it. Whether you’re heading there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I highly recommend giving Chocoberry a try — it’s a great spot for families and food lovers alike. ~ NA P

I recently visited Cocoberry with my child, and I must say their customer support was outstanding! Minnu, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome, being incredibly attentive and understanding, especially with my little one. Minnu offered helpful recommendations and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. Dining out with kids can sometimes be challenging, but thanks to Minnu and the rest of the Cocoberry team, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the warm, friendly service made it even better. So we were casually cruising around Leicester and wanted a hot chocolate at 5:30pm..... where do we go, you might say..... wifey found this spot, so we pop in, and boy, we were not disappointed.... Hot chocolate was 10 10 extra cream on top 😉😉but..... we thought we'd be a bit naughty and have a look at their dessert menu 😋 OMG!! We ordered a choco puff.... which is actually freshly made mini donuts topped with a topping of your choice and some sprinkles..... we chose kinda with oreo, and I think a tear came to my eye when that delicious little ball touched my tongue... warm.... soft but crunchy.......sweet but not too sweet..... thick creamy sauce 😋 damm that was good... 100% recommend 👌🏽 We will definitely be coming back next time we are up here 💯 ~ Isaac

We come often from Bristol for concerts at De Montford Hall in Leicester. We stay nearby in a hotel. This place is perfect for very late dinner and then Breakfast early next day After the concert We came to Chocoberry for late dinner. Muskan served us so well. Welcome with a smile was good. The service excellent all the way. We run a Deli and retail shops in Bristol. We have staff and wish they could witness what goes on here as an excellent example. Muskan had to leave and Priya took over and she was just as good looking after us. They showed hardly any tiredness despite being late night. Keep up the good work. Breakfast next morning tasty and well served with a smile. Will keep coming here in future. ~ Abdul G

My husband and I went to Chocoberry for dinner on Monday. Shreyas took our order and served us. He was very friendly, polite and he had a smile on every time. He wasn’t just friendly and polite with us but with everyone. My husband ordered spicy chickpeas bowl but he ordered chips instead of rice. Chef must have forgotten that we ordered chips and they gave us rice. Before the food came to us Shreyas sent it back for rice to be swapped. He remembered what we asked for. Shreyas came and apologised and explained to us that by mistake chef gave rice instead of chips so please bear with us. My Chicken steak was really nice. We both throughly enjoyed the food. We also had hot drinks. Our Latte was very nice too. ~ V C

I had the pleasure of enjoying a South Asian breakfast here, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely delicious. However, what truly made my visit exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Miss Bhavana. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from helping with recommendations to making sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. Her warm and professional demeanor made the experience even more memorable. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Miss Bhavana truly exemplifies it. I’ve been to Chocoberry several times now, and each visit has been a delight. Most recently, I came in on Saturday morning (21June2025) for breakfast and was once again reminded why this place is a favourite. . We were served by Simran, who was incredibly sweet, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. Her warm and professional manner really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and that kind of service makes all the difference. The food, as always, was delicious, and the atmosphere remains cozy and welcoming. This place looks amazing and the food is amazing. The breakfast has been delicious everytime I have been! I’ve been few times now for breakfast and I have tried the classic English breakfast which is very filling and delicious. I don’t like tomatoes so they took it out, they are very polite and accommodating and the food didn’t take long to be prepared. The next time I went I got the Big Bang and that was my absolute favourite. Highly recommended. The dinner was also amazing! I had the chicken gochujang bowl. Also tried the sesame noodles which looked incredible and tasted divine. Their dessert selection is so diverse too. I tried the banoffee tart and a chocolate tart, really enjoyed it! I highly recommend the karak chaii for all chai lovers. It’s very sweet which I prefer. Definitely going again. ~ Bibi R

I went to chocobery this night to treat my mom and dad. We were seated very comfortably and received our desserts pretty fast after ordering. The waitresses are very friendly and funny, they have a great sense of humour and manage to make you feel welcome and comfortable instantly. I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by one of them, Layla. The restaurant was extremely busy and she still managed to care for our table, give us the attention and meet our standards whilst paying attention to the rest of the people😍 from the moment we were seated, to the end of our meal, she insured our satisfaction and gave us a great experience in. recently had the pleasure of visiting Chocoberry, and it was an experience worth savoring. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, A special mention goes to Huda, an exceptional employee who made my visit even more enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine passion for her work were evident and greatly appreciated. She ensured that everything was perfect and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I decided to try the Nutella loaded Kanafeh, and it was an absolute delight. The Kanafeh was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully soft and gooey inside, with the Nutella adding a rich, decadent layer of flavor that was simply irresistible. 🪑 Went on a Sunday evening. Place was packed but still found a seat at the back for 4 of us. No prior reservation was needed. We were initially waited upon with a tablet for the menu and then no one came to get our order afterwards. Had to get someone's attention. Anyway, since it's a digital menu, you can just heart the items you want to order and show the favourited list at the end to the waiter. 🗣️ You'll have to speak loudly if you're sitting across the table to your friends, as it gets quite noisy. Gives you a headache after a while. All that shouting. ☕ Food: Quite a decent selection. This shop is surviving for so long and running successfully at that. Definitely has something worth eating and drinking. We focussed on desserts. The order was served quickly and all dishes tasted good. I've attached the receipt and pic of few items we took. I can't recommend Chocoberry enough! Despite how busy it was, the service was outstanding. The staff handled everything with a smile, and they were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. A special shoutout to our server, Sydelle, who was attentive and made our experience even better. We ordered the firecracker chicken and parmesan chicken, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The restaurant was clean, and the service was impressively efficient. I had a wonderful experience at the cafeteria, made even better by the excellent service from Seetha. She was friendly, attentive, and ensured everything was just right throughout the visit. The food was delicious — the waffles were perfectly made, the milkshakes were rich and satisfying, and the English breakfast was hearty and well-cooked. Muskan served us on 27th January 2026, she was very polite.we were 4 of us and she accommodates us well, gave us table by very politely requesting a couple who were on a table of 4 to move to table of 2, which they agreed. Then she went out of her way to recommend some of their specialty desserts. We went with her recommendation and we're not disappointed, the desserts were lovely. I have never written such long reviews before ,but muskan service, confidence, knowledge and management skills impressed me the most...I will highly recommend this place for excellent service and food !! We had such a great experience at Chocoberry Cafe! The service was excellent both times we visited. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, and a special shoutout to Sanjida, who helped us both times. She was incredibly pleasant and kind, and went out of her way to make our visit special. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and when I asked her to write “Happy Birthday” on the plate, she did it so nicely and made the moment really sweet. Even though it was a busy Friday night, everything was handled with a smile and great service. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the lovely atmosphere! ~ Tashila M

What a cute spot, very well decorated, the florals make it a great spot for Instagram worthy pictures. The staff are lovely and attentive and very accommodating, we were a group of 6 including two toddlers who needed high chairs, the staff were quick to find us seats and arrange the high chairs. Although there is only one toilet in the facility, it is well equipped and has a sturdy fold down nappy changing station. The food was delightful, tasted better than it looked, the desserts are drinks were also great. Price wise I would say a little on the more expensive side for Leicester, but very much worth it. ~ Omar

It was my first time at chocoberry. I went there around tea time (4pm) so the atmosphere was relatively calm. I l'm not a big fan of using QR code for the menu so I requested if they had a physical menu on hand. The menu had a eclectic choices of deserts to choose from & they were reasonably prices. I chose the San sabastian cheesecake (with chocolate sauce) , which you have to order & pay for at the counter. The service was brilliant with respectful & friendly staff. The space was clean, bright & spacious. BTW the cheesecake & choc sauce was brilliant. I would definitely recommend you try it if you haven't already done so. 😁 ~ Aarif Y

When we ordered the chicken parmesan, she let us know it would take about 20-25 minutes to prepare, and it arrived exactly on time—hot, fresh, and delicious. Minnu checked in with us throughout the meal in the most thoughtful way. She would quietly ask, ‘Is everything okay?’ with a gentle tone and a lovely smile, making sure we felt looked after without ever being intrusive. I have been to chocoberry many times and every time when I visit their, I have been greeted with amazing staff. Every time I visited this place, I have found it always busy. The food quality is amazing and serve piping hot. I have tried their chicken steaks, firecracker chicken and chicken pasta and all the things were delicious. I have been to their different branches and I cannot see any difference in the taste. The dessert they serve is of a top notch quality, especially the waffle bites and kunafa. It is my go to place and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has good taste on food 😊 ~ laraib p
